We are also continuing our existing stories and bringing back the worlds and characters that built Heavy Metal. Millstone continues its crazy run, Gladiatrix pushes the chaos even further. There's more Ink, more Burton & Cyb, ongoing insanity from Wayshack and of course The Bus. Plus plenty more. Loc-nar finally gets its own series too!

We have teamed up with Ridley Scott to develop an all new, grittier, more adult and dangerous Taarna. One of Hollywood's most in demand screenwriters, Aaron Guzikowski, has penned an incredible TV series script and is turning this into an ongoing Taarna graphic story for the mag. Aaron is best known as the writer of Raised by Wolves, Prisoners and The Red Road TV series. His take on Taarna is really exciting and we can't wait for you to discover it. Aaron's writing will be accompanied by epic art from Andy Bellanger. Check out the teaser in issue 5.

We are also experimenting with new content, weird stuff that will make you wonder if we're ok, interviews and articles and creative explorations that only make sense in Heavy Metal. Same big format, 220+ pages per issue full of incredible art, wild stories and out-there editorial.
