Heavy Metal Ugly Christmas Sweater Collection: Presale Terms and Conditions

These terms apply specifically to the Heavy Metal Ugly Christmas Sweater Collection and should be read alongside our standard Terms and Conditions.

1. The Offer

The Heavy Metal Ugly Christmas Sweater Collection is a limited edition, small-run release. Each design is produced in limited quantities and is available while stock lasts. All items are collector-grade merchandise.

2. Order Window

Orders open October 7, 2026 and are accepted while stock lasts. Once a design sells out, it will not be restocked. We recommend ordering early to secure your size.

3. Payment

Full payment is charged at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added at checkout.

4. Estimated Dispatch

Orders are targeted for dispatch in early December 2026. This is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. International orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Heavy Metal is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier services, or other factors outside our control. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

We can accommodate changes to your order before it enters shipping processing. Once processing has begun, we are unable to make amendments or process cancellations. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@heavymetal.com.

7. Returns and Exchanges

All sweaters in this collection are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exceptions apply only to items that arrive faulty or damaged (see clause 8).

Please note: as limited-edition collectible items, some sweaters may exhibit minor wear or variation consistent with small-run production. This is characteristic of the product and does not constitute damage under our returns policy.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at hello@heavymetal.com within 14 days of receipt. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess all claims against our damage standards and, where approved, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or refund.

9. Product and Artwork

Colors and design details may vary slightly from product photography due to manufacturing processes and screen calibration differences. These variations are characteristic of limited-edition merchandise and do not constitute grounds for a return or exchange.

10. Angry Mob Member Pricing

Angry Mob members receive $15 off the sweater collection. This discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed into your Angry Mob account. You must be logged in at time of purchase for the discount to apply.

The Angry Mob discount cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer. It is not stackable.

11. Order Limits

To ensure fair access for all fans, orders are limited per household. Heavy Metal reserves the right to cancel orders that exceed this limit.
