Promotion Name: ARTWEAR: Series One T-Shirt Pre-Sale Bonus Gift

1. Promotion Summary

This promotion is offered by Heavy Metal International (“HMI”) in connection with the limited pre-sale of 666 t-shirts sold via our official online store.

Following the close of the pre-sale, one order will be selected at random to receive a complimentary gift: the original artwork used to create the design printed on the shirt.

This is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery, or competition. It is a goodwill gift from HMI to one customer, selected at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

All customers who purchase a t-shirt from the limited pre-sale are automatically eligible.

No action is required beyond the purchase.

Open globally, except where prohibited by law.

Customer must provide a valid email and shipping address to be eligible to receive the gift.

3. Selection and Delivery

The recipient will be selected at random from among qualifying orders after the pre-sale closes.

The gift (original artwork) will be shipped at no cost to the selected recipient using the delivery details provided at checkout.

If the selected recipient cannot be contacted or the item is undeliverable, HMI reserves the right to select another recipient.

4. Nature of the Gift

The gift is a one-off original artwork, with no assigned commercial or resale value.

The gift is not transferable, not redeemable for cash or store credit, and may not be exchanged or returned.

5. Legal Disclaimers

HMI makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition or usability of the artwork.

This promotion is subject to change or cancellation at HMI’s sole discretion without prior notice.

HMI shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in this promotion or the use of the gift.

This document shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Void Where Prohibited

This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Certain jurisdictions may impose restrictions that prevent HMI from delivering the gift to customers in those regions.
