Heavy Metal can ship your package to most addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions and APO/FPO addresses). We also accept online orders shipping to non-U.S. addresses.
* Product purchased from the store will usually be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Mail (although we do reserve the right to use other carriers at our election).
* At this time, we do not offer overnight or expedited service for shipping.

Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a replacement. Product replacement may be limited by availability.
1. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org telling how you want to handle the return. Indicate your preference for a replacement or refund. Please identify if you would like a replacement of the same or different item (include item # and title).
2. Let us know why you are returning the item.
3. Specify the name and address to which we should send your replacement. Please remember to include your daytime (M-F 9-5,EST) telephone and e-mail address in case we have questions.
4. We will respond to your request immediately via e-mail.
5. All subscription refunds will be issued at a pro-rated basis.
